Refund policy
Checkout Firewall paid plans are configured with a 14-day refund period.
Fourteen-day period
A first purchase of a Checkout Firewall paid plan may be submitted for a refund within 14 calendar days of purchase. This policy applies to the amount paid for the eligible software purchase and does not limit non-waivable statutory rights.
How to request one
Use the receipt, Freemius customer portal, or email jacob@codeprint.io and provide the purchase email, order or invoice identifier, product, and reason. Never send full card details. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method; bank processing time can vary.
Renewals, taxes, and abuse
Renewal notices, cancellation, tax adjustments, currency conversion, partial refunds, chargebacks, and buyer rights are also governed by the terms shown by Freemius at checkout and applicable law. Refunds may be denied where the request is outside the stated period, fraudulent, abusive, or not tied to an eligible Checkout Firewall purchase, except where law requires otherwise.
